I have bought pans with famous names like The Hairy Bikers and Jamie Oliver on them – even Aga pans – but this Scoville pan I now have beats them all hands down.

HOWEVER (Caveat Emptor!)
If you buy a ‘Scoville Endurance Never Stick 28CM grill pan’ expecting to use it under the grill (which Collins Dictionary defines this as a part of a stove which produces strong heat to cook food that has been placed underneath it’) ensure that you buy the ‘Performance’ range as the other ‘grill pans’ are in their words “.. used to get a grilling effect not one that goes underneath a grill. If the pan has a plastic handle we would not recommend it being put under a grill. Only the pans with metal handles are suitable. But please be careful upon removing as the handle may get hot.”

Unfortunately this information does not appear anywhere on the packaging and only become apparent on visiting the website! As I had unpacked and washed the item prior to use I cannot return it so am stuck with a grill pan which will not go under the grill.

However Customer Services are “sorry for the confusion this may have caused me’

Absolutely fantastic customer service.
The coating on our pans had been taken off through using the dishwasher but the company changed them all.
You don’t get such good customer care this good very often these days.
A company with good old fashioned values.
I can’t recommend this company enough.

Scoville have excellent customer service, the person I dealt with was Nathan, he was very prompt at coming back to me and resolved the issue almost straight away. Great company, shame not all companies are like this one

Purchased two stock pots and ended up being the most used ones out of my whole collection. Amazing quality. Also – dropped and broke a lid to one of my pots but CS were so helpful and arranged for me to get a replacement for a minimal cost straight away. It arrived within 2 days. I already knew their products were good but very pleased by the customer service aswell.

Had a problem with a pan that had only been used twice so contacted customer services for help. After answering a few questions and sending photos of the problem, the pan was replaced within two days. Excellent service. Thank you Nathan

I have had a wok and a shallow casserole for a couple of months now, and love them both. Very easy to clean, and a treat to use. They heat very quickly on my induction hob, and I can cook on a lower heat than I am used to which all helps given the current electricity prices. I am definitely a fan.

My order arrived in very good time. Each of the articles was well-wrapped and the quality of saucepans and frying pans appears to be excellent. So far washing everything in the dishwasher has produced no problems and the surfaces are standing up well to lots of use. Time will tell if the promised long life comes to fruition! No far, though, absolutely no complaints.
